Le Grand Dixcart, Sark is a historic farm and family house with six rooms newly converted for Bed and Breakfast guests.
All rooms have their own private ensuite bathroom as well as a dressing table and tea and coffee making facilities.
All rooms are accessible via a central staircase. Guest should be aware there is no lift access.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, ordered the night before and includes cereals, fresh fruit salad, croissant, toast, tea and coffee, fruit juice and a traditional cooked farmhouse breakfast with our own eggs, and tomatoes.

Deluxe Suite - Twin or Double
The deluxe room is perfect for some extra room and luxury, or for families and groups. Featuring a king-sized bed and ensuite, and an attached lounge area with sofa beds for your exclusive use
The deluxe suite, renovated in 2021combines one of our double rooms with its private ensuite, gorgeous original stonework feature wall with an adjoining lounge room. The lounge room is accessed through a hidden “bookshelf” door, and is equipped with games, and television and two sofa beds, offering a cosy and relaxing oasis to relax during your stay. This suite offers ideal flexibility for families or groups that would like adjoining rooms.
The living room features two comfortable sofas which can be made into beds, coffee table and 36″ HD TV, while the bedroom has King-size or twin bed, plenty of wardrobe space and tea & coffee making facilities. The en-suite has a walk-in shower and is stocked with fresh towels.
Breakfast served daily from 08:00 to 10:00
Enjoy a homely farmhouse breakfast every day of your stay. This is included in your room rate and served in the farmhouse kitchen each morning. Breakfast orders are collected the night prior.
Our breakfasts feature delicious local ingredients with eggs from our chickens, tomatoes from the garden, fresh home baked bread and croissants and homemade jams. We have something to suit all tastes and appetites - from a full English breakfast to continental style with fruit, juice, tea and coffee. Dietary restrictions can be accommodated with prior notice.
Standard Rooms - Twin or Double
With four rooms situated on level three, and two rooms on level two of the house, all these rooms are bright and homely with views across the garden and grounds. These rooms provide comfortable accommodation for two people, either set up as a twin or double upon request.
All rooms benefit from tea and coffee facilities and an ensuite shower room.
£155 per room per night
